Guardian Brain Foundation rides for a cure
BAND OF BROTHERS AND SISTERS: Members of Long Island motorcycle clubs and others (including Mary Pallotta, president of the Bellmore-based Guardian Brain Foundation, seventh from left) gathered in front of Salon T in Bellmore recently to strike out on the road in search of funds to help cure brain cancer.
As the sun shone on a gorgeous morning recently, roaring motorcycles could be heard throughout Bellmore town. Tina Dupuis of Salon T held her third annual Ride for a Cure in memory of her father P. Andreotis.
In the past three years Tina raised over $12,445 to help provide support services to patients. Many people joined in a wonderful cause. It was amazing to see the bikes roaring down Bedford Avenue; Tina is a true Guardian.
The Guardian Brain Foundation thanks her for her dedication, hard work and support to foundation. She is an amazing person with boundless energy to give.
