Virtual Brain Tumor Support Group

The Guardian Brain Foundation is providing a brain tumor support group for patients, family members and caregivers. The group will meet via Zoom on the last Wednesday of every month from 7:30-9 PM.  The purpose of the group is to provide a safe space for patients, families and caregivers to exchange thoughts, ideas and experiences and learn from each other. The group will be led by Bob Crescenzo, a social worker and brain tumor survivor.

This online group will take place using a password protected registration and will be conducted on the Zoom platform.

The group members will have the opportunity to reduce anxiety, stress and learn new ways of coping.  Information and resources will be shared by the leader as well as participating members.  Finally, we will attempt to increase communication between the patient, their caregivers and their treatment team.

This group is a support group and any and all information presented and/or discussed is meant to be helpful and will not constitute direct medical or legal advice.
